PROTOCOL:
All protocol MUST be sent in 1 week in advance and will not be accepted the day of, only changes will be accepted the day of Coronation.
-TISCSCGNR grants you the right to include any title bestowed by our reigning monarch as well as any Dynastic Names granted by Present and Past Monarchs of our realm.
-Walk with your Highest Title! Titles from our Current Reigning, 1/2 Titles and Jose Honors titles are accepted. Any other titles will be edited.
-Fri, Nov 12 Hospitality--Accepting music from 1pm until 4pm for In/Out of Town show or email protocol officer to be put in show list if you can't be there between 1-4pm. Each performer MUST have THEIR OWN CD for any performances.
-protocol should be done in:
Time New Roman or Arial (Upper and Lower case)
14 pt Font
names spelled phonetically
8 1/2 by 11 paper
